Counseling Services
We offer counseling services for individuals, children, and couples. The ultimate goal of counseling is to have greater freedom of choice, including the choice to be happy.
Adults
Individual CounselingIn individual sessions, we work with our clients to create a safe and compassionate therapeutic relationship and to provide the support, education, and techniques that will help you move toward greater health and success in life and your relationships.
We utilize traditional treatment approaches, as well as treatments more specific to Trauma Treatment. We also provide psychoeducation on nutritional supplements and medications to improve mental health, as well as referrals to access these resources.
Children and Teens
We work with children ages 4 to 12, as well as teenagersCounselors use play therapy, psychoeducation and family therapy to assist children and their families.
When working with children, we engage parents and caregivers in both the assessment and treatment of the child and also provide recommendations and guidance to parents on how to manage behaviors and adjust the environment at home for more optimal emotional health.
Couples
Bringing you together respectfullyWe provide couples counseling using the framework of “Full Respect Living,” created by Terry Real, sharing the tools for reconnection.
We encourage anyone seeking couples counseling to first seek their own individual counseling, and also to attend our Relationship Success psychoeducational, prior to couples counseling.

We accept CDPHP, Highmark BCBS, Aetna, and Fidelis.
Other insurances will be private pay or may be applied toward an
out of network deductible.
