Group Therapy

Group therapy is a wonderful opportunity to do your therapy and self-work with other people similar to you. Groups are often full of laughter and deep sharing. If you are someone who is craving social connections or who is curious to see if there may be other people like you out there, a group is the right place for you.

Are groups right for you?

  • Groups are a terrific place to further you self-growth and mastery, to cultivate healthy relationships, and to combat loneliness and isolation.
  • Our groups are reserved for people who have already engaged in individual therapy and are committed to the process of growth and healing.
  • Our group facilitators create a safe environment through icebreakers, games, discussions and a group agreement. Within the group, participants do their own work by listening, sharing or both.
  • Psychoeducation Groups: Our Breathwork and Meditation group and Relationship Success group, are both psychoeducation groups. In these groups, the group leader presents content and exercises and there is typically less sharing and engagement between the participants. The groups’ purpose is to educate and build skills that can be used in every day life.
