Rachel is a Licensed Master Social Worker who works with children, teens, adults, couples, and families. She has experience supporting clients across a wide range of concerns in both inpatient hospital and private practice settings, including depression, anxiety, OCD, thought disorders, and complex trauma. Rachel integrates cognitive and talk-therapy approaches with creative arts-based interventions, brain spotting, somatic awareness, and parts work. She believes healing happens when we care for the whole self with curiosity and kindness, building self-compassion and emotional capacity to cultivate peace, connection, meaning, and joy. Outside of sessions, Rachel enjoys reading, drinking tea, and spending time with friends.
